Outbound Leadership Program is going to be rigorous in terms of activities and schedule. The objective is to inculcate core leadership and survival skills in the participants.
The schedule of the 3 days program is as follows:

6.00 PM - Arrival at the Facility
7.30 PM - Introduction and Orientation
8.00 PM - Ice breaker, Team Formations followed by Dinner and Campfire.
Date: 25th February
6.30 Am - Qi Gong Meditation
7.00 Am - Shaolin Kungfu Drills
8.30 Am - Breakfast and freshning up.
10.00 Am - Introduction towards the Seven Pillars of Leadership
11.00 Am - Vision Board basics and assignment
12.00 noon - Outbound Activities
1.30 PM - Lunch
2.30 PM - Outbound Activities
4.30 PM - Tea break
5.00 PM - Giving wings to dreams
6.00 PM - Sanshou (Kick-Boxing)
7.00 PM - Activity inbound
8.30 PM - Dinner
Further Assignment completion of the participants.

2.30 PM - Facilitation Continued.
3.30 PM - Practical application of Fighting Techniques for Street Survival
4.30 PM - Learnings, feedback and debrief followed by Certificate distribution.
5.30 PM - Closing

- Warm wear (It gets cold in the night)

- Mosquito repellent like Odomos
- Most important-- a tough mind to stay in tough environment with rigorous activities, challenges, limited facilities (for example, we have only one toilet), and willingness to learn and train yourself.
